Fresh Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
2 c. fresh cranberries2 clementines, finely chopped, including peel1 c. apple juice4 tsp. Splenda.25 c. chopped walnutsFeel free to substitute any type of orange for this recipe
Directions
Place cranberries, apple juice, and clementines in a small sauce pan. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer approximately 8 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in 6-8 packets of Splenda (1 tsp ea.) to desired sweetness. Cool in the refridgerator until ready to serve. Sprinkle walnuts just prior to serving as a garnish.
