Almond Tofu Smoothie

1 Cup Unsweetened Low Fat Soymilk6 oz silken Tofu3/4 cup plain non fat yogurt1/4 cup dry roasted almonds2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Blend together. Some frozen berries or an orange makes a nice addition.
