Artichoke tuna salad

1 Can Tuna in water1/2 jar marinated artichoke hearts100 grams sliced black olives 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper3 medium tomatoes
Drain tuna and mix in bowl with cut up artichoke hearts, black olives, and green onions.
Add in some of the marinated oil from the jar of artichokes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut off the top of each of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides to make a bowl.
Salt and pepper the inside of the tomatoes and fill with tuna mix.
Makes 3 servings and can be served cold or room temperature.
