Big Green Smoothie

1 cup fresh Spinach3 fresh Strawberries (medium)3 slices of fresh Pineapple (rounds)8 fl oz of Orange Juice1/3 Soy Milk
* Wash all fresh fruit and veggies
* Toss everything in a blender
* Add orange juice
* Add soy milk
* (If desired, add water and sweetener - I didn't)
* Blend until everything is as liquified as can be - this is a little chunky, but I like it like this - you get all your fibre!
Serves 2 in 12 oz glasses. Cheers to our health! :) xo
