Onion (or green onion)Fantasic Taco FillingTomato SauceJalapeno Pepper(s)Black OlivesBlack BeansTomatoe(s)Avacado(s)ToppingJiffy Corn Bread Mix EggMilkShredded Cheese
Saute onion in olive oil, then add fantastic taco filling and water (per box directions). Also add tomato sauce. When cooked remove from heat and add other ingredients. Pour in 9 x 13 pan
Prepare the Jiffy cornbread mix. Spread on top of other ingredients. Bake at 400' for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minute more or until cornbread is cooked.
Makes good leftovers too!
