    I didn't have frozen pineapple so I used fresh with a bit of ice. I also used 1% milk instead of 2%. This might be great with Vanilla Almond Milk so you can have a little thickness and sweetness. My smoothie seemed to come out thin and watery and didn't have much flavor. Added a drizzle of honey. - 6/30/10
