Japanese Cucumber Pickles

Ingredients
half a medium cucumber, peeled and sliced2 dashes salt1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Peel and slice the cucumber. Place it in a Ziploc bag. Add the salt and lemon juice and squish around so everything gets coated. Place the bag in a bowl so it doesn't leak and put it in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours.
