Low-Fat French Fries

Ingredients
2 large red potato1 cup Fat Free Italian DressingNon-Stick SprayZiplock bag - gallon size
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.

Cut potato length-wise - 1/4" wedges. Pour dressing into ziplock bag, add cut potatos. Shake until coated. Coat cookie sheet with non-stick spray, pour coated potatos onto cookie sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender. Makes 2 servings.
