1 cup old fashioned instant oats2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp allspice1/8 tsp ground nutmeg2 scoops Jillian Michael's vanilla whey protein1/2 cup no sugar added summer strawberry applesauce1/2 cup oikos plain greek yogurt
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
Add yogurt and applesauce.
Mix well.
Pour into muffin pan (spray with non stick cooking spray first)
Bake 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees.
