White "Chicken" Slowcooker Chili

Ingredients
2 cans Great Northern Beans (Rinsed)1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breat (1 inch chuncks)1 cup White wine1 small onion (chopped)2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)1 tsp cumin1 tsp ground mustardsalt & pepper to taste4 ounces baked tostitos1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken. Add onion and garlic cook till onions are transparent. Pour into slow cooker. Add white wine, beans, seasoning. Cook on low 4 - 5 hours. Serve over tostitos. We like to top with a little fat free sour cream but the calories are not included in the recipe.
