Ingredients
broccoli raw 3 cups ( cut in mouth size piece) stems toocauliflower raw 3 cups(cut in mouth size piece)stem toocelery raw 2 cups 1/2 piecesmushroom 4 cups slicesonion med slicescarrots raw 3 cups (cut small pieces)olive oil 4 tbspsoya sauce 4 tbspginger fresh (3 tbsp) gratedgarlice powder 3 tbsp1 lb beef steak round sliced 1/4 inches piece
Directions
cut beef in 1/4 inches, put in frying pan with 2 tbps olive oil, ginger, garlic, soya sauce and 2tbsp water.
chop broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in mouth size piece , put into frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
cut up pepper, onion and celery, sliced muchroom
test vegs, when tender add pepper, onion, celery. cook
until they are tender (softer) and muchroom
serving size 2.75 or almost 3 cups.
