1 Tbsp olive oil 2-3 medium red onion(s) 1 tsp yellow mustard seed 1-2 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste1 bunch Cilantro 2 green hot chili peppers (optional)1 tsp tumeric1 tsp table salt Potatoes (about 6-7 for 4 servings)
Instructions:
Peal, boil, mash potatoes separately.
Brown onions in olive oil. Add mustard seed
and ginger and garlic paste.
Add cilantro, chilies, tumeric, and salt to the
browned onions, must seed, and ginger and
garlic paste. Fold potatoes in.
Serve with chapatti bread, rice, or roti.
