Vegan Fried Tofu and Rice

Ingredients
•1/4 block firm or extra firm tofu•1 tbsp nutritional yeast•1 tbsp flour•1 tsp garlic powder•1/4 tsp salt•1/4 tsp pepper•1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut tofu in to smaller slices. The smaller the better, I have learned. Mix all ingrediants except the oil and rice in a ziplock bag and shake until the tofu slices are coated well. Warm up olive oil on medium heat and add coated tofu. Grill until they are brown and cripsy. I added a bit more salt for flavor. Cook rice and serve.
