Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 stick of unsalted butter1 whole green pepper diced1/2 vadila onion diced1 can of hunts canned tomotoes big can smooshed in a bag3 cups of minute rice
Directions
melt butter in pan and sautee the peppers first after about 8 minutes and peppers are starting to softened add onions and cook till onions are translucant. Add minute rice uncooked and mix, cook till rice is slighltly browned. Add tomatoes and a 1/4 of the can the tomatoe can with water. Cook for 10 minutes until water is absorbed.
