Atkins Garlic and Dill Muffin in a mug

Ingredients
1/4 cup of ground flax seed1/2 tsp baking powder4 grinds of sea salt or 1/8 tsp of reg salt(NOT A 1/4 AS ABOVE)1/8 tsp. of dry dill weed1 egg1/8 tsp of garlic powder1 Tbs of shredded romano or Parmesean cheese(or mix)1 Tbs canola oil.
Directions
You mix flax seeds,baking powder,salt,dill weed,garlic powder,pepper and shredded cheese in a coffee mug. Add egg and oil and mix well. "bake" in microwave for 1:20 min. It will come out easy onto plate. Serves 1
