Ingredients
1# ground turkey 93/7 - Jennie O1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped Fresh spinach1 large egg1/2 cup chopped onion1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt3 dash of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Place in 8" or 9" loaf pan with mixture spread evenly. Cook until juice is clear and meat has started to separate from the side of pan approx. 40 minutes -
