Garlic Cream Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 c. butter1/4 c. flour3 cloves garlic1 tsp. salt1 tbsp. black pepper2 c. skim milk3 c, penne pasta (or short pasta of your choice)
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes. Add flour and cook off for about a minute.

Add skim milk to desired consistency.

Makes 10 - 3/4 cup servings.
