Chicken & Black Bean Burrito For One

Ingredients
3 ounces skinless Chicken Breast2 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa (mild)1/3 cup Reduced Sodium Black Beans2 Tbsp Diced, canned green chile peppers (mild)1/4 cup water1 Don Pancho Hi Fiber Low Carb Low Fat Wraps
Directions
1) Place black beans in small bowl and smash about half of contents with fork. Add Salsa and chile peppers and stir together. Add 1/4 cup water to mixture and stir.
2) Cut up chicken into small pieces. Cook on stove top just until down (I cooked in a non-stick pan and did not need any oil so calories do not include addition of oil for cooking). Add Bean mixture and cook on high STIRRING THE ENTIRE TIME until mixture is thickened (burrito consistency).
3) Place bean/chicken contents in wrap. Enjoy!

Optional: Place wrapped burrito under broiler for 1-2 minutes for crunchy burrito. Can also add some cheddar cheese on top of burrito and then broil it. Can also exchange mild ingredients (Salsa/chiles) for spicier ingredients. Calories ONLY include ingredients on the list above.
