Crockpot Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat milk1 can reg. can evaporated milk1 can cheddar cheese soup4 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 16 oz box elbow mac.3 med. eggs1 stick lowfat unsalted butter1/2 Tbsp. paprika (optional)
Directions
-Start your crock pot
-melt stick butter into crock pot
-in separate pan boil mac until almost done
-in bowl beat eggs, add milk, evap milk cheddar soup and 3 cups of shredded cheese
- pour mac into crock pot coat w/ butter
- pour wet mixture over top and mix slightly
- allow to cook on low for 3 hours
- pour remaining cup of shredded cheese on top and sprinkle w/ paprika
makes approx. 30 1/2 -cup servings
