Turkey Tacos

This is per taco:2 oz turkey taco mix (meat and spices)1 Mission yellow corn tortillas extra thin1 tbsp diced fresh tomatoes10 grams diced avocado1 tbsp alfalfa sprouts1 tbsp sour cream1 tbsp salsa
This makes 20 tacos.
Brown turkey meat, add 4 Tbsp of Penzey's chicken taco seasoning and 1.25 C water. Let simmer for several minutes.
Dice tomatoes and avocado while prepping meat.
Heat refried beans.
Spread refried beans on tortilla shell, place meat on top, then add avocado, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, sour cream and salsa.
