Chicken Broccoli and Goat Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients
1/2 cup broccoli1/2 cup chicken3 oz goat cheese2 oz soy mozzarella style cheese48-50 wonton wrappers
Directions
mix all ingredients but wrappers in food processor. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on a wrapper wet edges and cover with a second wrapper. do this until all wrappers are used.

Serve with sauce of your choice. I mixed some of the leftover stuffing mixture into the sauce.
