Baked Potatos

Ingredients
2 large baking potatos 1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon salt1/3 cup butter spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.

Wash and dice potato into bite sized pieces. Combine all other ingredients. Coat cut potato with butter mixture in Microwave safe bowl. Microwave covered on high for about 10-15 minutes - until potato is soft when pierced. Spread cooked potato onto cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until browned.

Makes 2 servings.
