Ingredients
1/2 Cup of FlourCooking Spray, 3 sec spray in large skillet4 Cups water (more or less for thickness)
Directions
1. Turn burner to hi.
2. Spray Large skillet with cooking spray let spray get hot.
3. Add 1/2 c. of flour brown flour. Be careful not to burn flour as this is very easy.
4. When flour to desired browness add water and seasonings that you perfer. Stirring constantly untill desired thickness .
5. Serve hot.

    I love Gravy too----I liked the uncomplicated simplicity of this Recipe---I stirred in some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce and a tbsp.of Light Soy Sauce as well instead of Salt---truly yummy!!!1 - 4/17/10
