Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, lower sodium1/4 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic, chopped2 fresh basil leaves, chopped1 TBLS olive oil
Directions
Cook chicken until done. Dice into pieces and set aside. In small skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced onion, garlic, and freshly ground black pepper. Saute until onions are fully cooked. Add tomatoes, diced chicken and basil. Simmer until it thickens a bit. Great with a small salad, or over a small serving of pasta.
