Pinnigan's Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
500g mince (ground) beef1 can kidney beans1 500ml jar pasta sauce1 onion2 cloves garlic1 red capsicum (bell pepper), chopped1/2 med. zucchini (courgette), grated1 med carrot, grated2 tsp ground coriander (cilantro) seed2 tsp ground cumin seed1 tsp each sweet paprika and sumacPinch of cinnamon
Directions
Makes 6 serves

Spray frypan with cooking spray. Saute onion and garlic til soft. Add mince and brown. Add all other ingredients. Cook for at least 20 min. They longer you can let it simmer, the better the flavour.
