Whole Wheat Crepes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 egg1 cup of 1% fat milk (or can use skim)6 packets of Stevia in the Raw1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Makes 8 crepes.

Mix flour and egg together. Slowly wisk in milk until incorporated. Then add in stevia and vanilla. Use 1/4 cup for each crepe, and make the batter as thin as possible in your nonstick pan. Cook until set.
