GFCF Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1 C sorghum flour1/4 C Millet flour3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp guar gum1/2 C Earth Balance Soy Free Margarine, softened1/2 C brown sugar1/4 C sugar1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp Ener-g Egg Replaced prepared according to the box (=1 egg equivalent)3/4 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix flours, baking soda, salt and guar gum and set aside.
Mix egg replacer for one egg according to directions on box and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip together the softened margarine and sugars.
Add Vanilla and egg replacer.
Gradually stir in the flour mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time. Once mixed, stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into an ungreased 8-inch square pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into bars.
