2 T. Spelt Flour1/2 cup Whey Protein Complex (Standard Process Brand) 2 Organic eggs1 t baking Powder2 T Flax Seed (grind into flour)1/3 cup whole milk (organic)1 med. banana
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Melt butter in a skillet or large flat stainless steel frying pan.
