Lighten Up Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 cups diced boiled potatoes1/4 cup chopped red, yellow,and green peppers6 tbsps miracle whip light2 tsp frenchs mustard1/4 cup chopped dill pickles1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Peel and cook 2-3 small potatoes to equal 2 cups. Chop 1/4 cup each red, yellow, ang green bell pepper as well as onion. Chop 1/4 cup petite dill pickles. When potatoes are done, drain well. Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes until well blended. Chill about 30 minutes beofore serving. Makes 5 1/2 cup servings
