Grilled salmon with summer couscous

Ingredients
100g salmon125g couscous (dry)½ chicken boullion cube200ml boiling water0.5 cup frozen peas0.5 cup tinned sweet cornJuice of ½ an orange1 tsp fresh chivesBlack pepper
Directions
Grill salmon in non stick pan, on high heat, until just cooked through.

While salmon is cooking:
Add couscous, boullion cube, peas & corn to a microwave safe bowl. Add boiling water & stir.
Cover with plastic wrap & microwave on high for 2min. Add orange juice to couscous mixture & stir through.

Serve bed of couscous, lay grilled salmon over the top & garnish with chopped chives & black pepper.
