Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1/2 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute 2 slices Great Value Turkey Bacon 3 oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms 1.5 oz Spinach, fresh2 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch
Directions
1. Cook bacon according to package and set aside.

2.Using same pan saute mushrooms till soft ,while mushrooms cook crumble the bacon.

3. Add eggs and bacon let set up just a little then add spinach.

4. Stir and scramble mixture till spinach is wilted. Serve on warm tortillas.

Makes 2 servings of 1 tortilla each.
