Grilled Portabella Mushroom with Better Than Pesto Puree

Ingredients
2 Portabella mushroom caps, gills removed1 tablespoon Better than Pesto Puree- Chef Meg2 slices Provolone cheese, sliced
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat.

Spray the mushrooms with non-stick pan coating. Place on grill, gill side down. Grill 2 minutes.

Flip mushroom, top each wiht 1 1/2 teaspoons of pesto and one half slice of cheese. Cover lid, grill 3 additional minutes.

Peggy and Stepfanie- you will see from the picture I used one slice of cheese per musrhoom- it was too high in fat- reduced down to 1/2 slice in reicpe.
