Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 medium Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp American Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) Chili powder, 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp Corn Tortillas, 1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Scramble eggs, chopped cilantro, chopped veggies, and chili powder. Scrambled eggs in tortilla and top with cheese.
