Gluten Free Crustless Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, sliced 1/2 inch thick2 eggs, slightly beaten1 c. sugar1 tablespoon cornstarch1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 c. whipping cream
Directions
Put rhubarb in pie pan. Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour in the pie pan over the rhubarb. Next pour cream over the top and bake for 10 minutes at 375°. Then reduce the heat to 350° and bake another 50 minutes.
