5 large onions 1 Tbsp olive oilone pound ground round scramble fried5 large potatoes diced small 2 cans carrotssalt
Directions
fry onions in olive oil. Scramble fry ground round. Add to pot with potatoes and salt. Cook till potatoes are soft. Add carrots. add spices if desired.
