Chili with Lentils

Ingredients
2 Cups cooked red lentils1 lg can crushed tomatoes3 cans of beans (I used red, white and black)1 onion, chopped1 10 oz box frozen kale3 Tbsp. Chili powder3 Tbsp. Cumin1 Tbsp. Red Pepper1 Tbsp. Cinnamon 6 cups water
Directions
Rinse lentils and simmer in 6 cups of water for 15 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add the remainder of ingredients along with 2 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Can also cook in the crockpot on low for 8 - 10 hours. Add extra water if it's too thick. Makes 10 servings.
