    Cutting down on the bleu cheese crumbles & pecans helps a LOT with fat and sodium, and I really didn't feel like I was missing anything. Instead of 1/3 cup, I used about 2 tbsp of those things, and also cut down on the craisins. A little splurge-y, but still yummy! - 6/23/09
