Ingredients
1.5 cups flour1.5 cups skim or 1% milk4 eggs1 stick butter, salted6 apples1/4 tsp saltCinnamon & Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish.

While butter is melting, mix flour, milk, egs and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Peel and slice 6 medium tart apples. Once butter is melted pour mixture in pan. Top with sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
