Zippy Chicken Coleslaw

1 tbsp paprika1/2 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 lb boneless chicken breast1 package (3oz) hot n spicy ramen noodles4 cups shredded cabbage2 cups broccoli coleslaw mix3 green onions, chopped2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted2 tbsp sliced almonds, toastedDressing:3 tbsp sugar2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp water1 tbsp canola oil1/8 tsp black pepper
In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients and rub over both sides of the chicken. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-6 minutes each side. When the chickens cooled enough to handle, shred with two forks.
Set aside the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. Break the noodles into small pieces and place into a large bowl. Add the cabbage, broccoli-slaw, onions, sesame seeds, almonds and chicken. In a jar, combine the dressing ingredients. Add the seasoning packet from the noodles, shake well. Pour over the mixture and toss to coat.
