Darcey's Pita Chips

Ingredients
Trader Joe's Mini Whole Wheat Pita Pockets, 4 pitasGarlic, 1 cloveOlive Oil, 3 tsp
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350º F.

2. Slice open each pita (like you are going to fill the inside).

3. Slice each pita half in half again, creating 4 pieces. Slice each piece in half again.

4. Combine oil and garlic in a bowl.

5. Brush each pita slice with the oil and garlic mixture.

6. Arrange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until chips are golden brown.
