Articoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup grated parmesan cheese1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
Directions
Pulse artichoke hearts in food processor, combine with rest of ingredients. Put into 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Makes 16 1/4 cup servings
