Wholemeal Honey & Cinnamon Pear Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Whole wheat flour1 cup Rolled oats (quick oats)1 tsp Cinnamondash of Salt2 tsp Baking powder1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup Milk1 egg1 TBS honey5 pears, peeled and chopped into small pieces.
Directions
Makes 24 Small muffins

1. Preheat oven to 180 C
2. Grease or line 12 cup muffin tray
3. In a bowl, sift flour then mix in dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and sugar).
4. Add milk,egg and honey then stir until combined.
5. Gently combine in pears and stir until completely covered through.
6. Place 1 large TBS into each muffin mold.
7. Bake for 10 - 15 mins until golden and pears are soft
8. Let cool, or if you prefer, eat hot out of the oven.
