Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups chicken broth3/4 cup water6 oz. chicken breast, diced3 oz. whole wheat egg noodles1 carrot, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 small onion, chopped fine2 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp. paprika1/2 tsp. ea. dried parsley and oregano
Directions
Saute the vegetables and garlic together in a large soup pot for 5-7 minutes, or until soft. Sprinkle with the herbs and paprika.

Add the broth and chicken, and bring soup to a simmer for a couple of minutes.

Add the water and egg noodles, and simmer until the noodles are cooked through.

Serve with a crusty roll and some freshly cracked pepper. Yum!
