Tanya's Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
10 oz bag broccoli slaw170g cole slaw mix1/4 cup white wine vinegar1/4 cup cashews (chopped)1 tbsp toasted sesame oil1/8 cup sunflower seeds2-3 tbsp splenda (I prefer 2, hubby prefers 3)fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Combine broccoli slaw and cole slaw mix in a large bowl. Mix in vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper and splenda. Stir until combined. Just before serving stir in sunflower seeds and cashews. Mix well and enjoy! (This can be made ahead and gets better if it is refrigerated for an hour before serving. We prefer to eat it as soon as it is made).
