Garlic Lime Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
Garlic - 1 tsp Minced Onions - 1 tspGround Cumin - 3/4 tsp Oregano - 3/4 tsp Cilantro, dried - 1/2 tsp Pepper; Black; Coarse Ground - 1/2 tspLime Juice - 1/4 cup Orange Juice - 1/4 cup Olive Oil - 2 tbspSalt - 1/2 tsp 1 Chicken Breast Yellow Bell Pepper quartered (about 10 strips)Onion quarteredLa Tortilla Factory - Low Carb TortillaSmart Balance Sour Cream - TBSP
Directions
~Mix juices, oil, all spices in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade in side bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade in bowl, turn and coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.

~Cook and stir chicken in large heated skillett on medium high heat until slightly browned. Remove from skillett. Add bell pepper, onion, and remaining marinade. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Add chicken to vegetable mixture, cook 2-3 more minutes.

~Spoon chicken mixture into warmed tortillias Serve with smart balance sour cream.
