Whole Wheat Pancakes with Sugar-Free Strawberry Suace

1 cup whole-grain wheat flour1/3 tbsp SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated1 tsp baking powder, double-acting1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp salt1 large egg1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 cup reduced-fat buttermilk4 tbsp strawberrysugar-free jam
1. Combine flour, SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Beat egg with yogurt, and then add buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Use 1/4-cup batter for each pancake; cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Turn and cook about 1 minute on other side, until browned.
4. Serve with sugar-free jam.
