1-1/4 c. 1% milk4 T. Flour1/3 c. Light Cream Cheese4 T. Parmesan Cheese1/4 t. nutmeg1/8 t. pepper2 T. parsley2 t. garlic
Warm milk in pan and add cream cheese until melted. Add 1 T. flour at a time while whisking, add spices. Lastly, add parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and thickened. Serve over hot pasta or spag. squash.

Totally Awesome!!!! I highly recommend, nice and thick and flavorful. I used one tablespoon of fresh minced garlic, and fresh parsley and dried basil. I passed on the nutmeg also, but gave it a generous dash of fresh ground pepper. Just before serving, I sprayed it with a little spray butter. - 1/24/12
