3 Cups Specail K Protien Plus Cereal3 Cups Miniture Marshmallows1/3 Cup Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Butter

Directions

Place a foot long strip of wax paper on the kitchen counter
Melt butter and marshmallows in large pot. Add peanut butter and stir until combined. Remove from heat. Carefully mix in the cereal.
Quickly scoop out the mixture into 1/4 cup servings and place on wax paper to cool.

Will make 20 servings.

These are outstanding! I can;t believe how good they are -and how easy they are to make, too! I used Special K Oats & Honey cereal and used a 1/8 cup measuring cup to portion them out and I got 19 cookies. I think I'll melt some chocolate and lightly dip the bottoms of the cookies into in that. - 3/18/13
