Jet Fuel Fat Free Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 t salt1/2 c red wine vinegar1/4 t pepper1 T sugar1/4 t garlic powder1 T brown mustard1 T lemon juice1 t soy sauce1 cup water
Directions
Combine all in a jar and shake-shake-shake and refrigerate! Best if made the day before.
For Mexican add 1 t cumin
For Asian add 1 t curry and 1/8 t ground ginger
For Italian add 1 t each of oregano, basil & tarragon.
Serving size is 2 Tablespoons. Makes 10 servings.

    I liked the flavor of this, though it is a bit tart. It's nice to have a REALLY low calorie dressing to use. It is really thin, though. I'd like to figure out a way to make it thicker, without adding calories. Thanks for sharing this! - 6/1/10
