Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yieldsBanana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long))Chobani 2% Greek Yogurt, plain- 3 tablespoonsLactaid" Milk, 2% (2.5 cups)Whey powder (Designer Whey), chocolate, 1 serving
Blend every thing together. I add the fruit first then the protein powder, the yogurt, then the milk. It's not very thick because the fruit is not frozen. If you want it thicker then freeze fruit prior to making.
